Coex bottles with an EVOH inner layer are primarily used for storing and transporting solutions, poisons, and fertilizers that contain non-polar solvents like toluene and xylene.
Recycling cylindrical Coex bottles requires a two-step process due to their multi-layered nature. First, they must undergo mechanical recycling to separate the components of the bottle, followed by chemical recycling.
These bottles are highly resistant to chemicals, solvents, and high temperatures, providing excellent UV protection.
